Tanzania Minerals Corp. Provides Update On Misungwi Property

(the "Company"),   (TSX-V: TZM) (FRANKFURT: TM0.F) - As previously reported in the August 12th 2013 press release, the Company has conducted shallow soil (XRF) geochemistry and geological mapping. Gold pathfinder element concentrations were not significant enough to warrant the additional planned work. The company is looking at strategic alternatives with regard to the Misungwi Property.

Dr. Sandy M. Archibald, PGeo, EurGeol, Consultant Geologist, Aurum Exploration Services, is the Qualified Person who supervised the preparation of the technical data in this news release.
